Grapes: 80% Colombard & 20% Sauvignon blanc

Pale yellow hue with flecks of green. Intense fruit aromas of boxwood, grapefruit, green lime, yellow peach and nectarine. Bright and elegant.

Ideal serving temperature: 12-14 degrees.


  • Manual harvesting in 15 kg crates, with sorting and selection of the grapes bunches
  • Whole grapes bunch pressing
  • Fermentation maintained at 17 degrees in temperature-controlled vats
  • Aging on lees for 3 weeks with stirring - bâtonnage - in tank
