Pale yellow hue with flecks of green. Intense fruit aromas of boxwood, grapefruit, green lime, yellow peach and nectarine. Bright and elegant.
Ideal serving temperature: 12-14 degrees.

- Fermentation maintained at 17 degrees in temperature-controlled vats
- Aging on lees for 3 weeks with stirring - bâtonnage - in tank
