Pastel coral hue. Fine and complex nose of gooseberries. Floral touch. Its appealing palate expresses citrus fruits and tonic notes with a perfect harmony of power and finesse.

 

Ideal serving temperature: 12-14 degrees.

Harvesting:

  • Manual harvesting in 15 kg crates, with sorting and selection of the grapes bunches
  • Whole grapes bunch pressing
  • Fermentation maintained at 17 degrees in temperature-controlled vats
  • Aging on lees for 3 weeks with stirring - bâtonnage - in tank

Terroir: clay-limestone hillsides located in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France
