Crystal clear in color. Beautiful aromatic expression of nectarine, honeysuckle and green kiwi. Lovely roundness and length on the palate. Excellent balance between alcohol and acidity. A fine, dry, elegant, and refreshing wine.

 Hand-harvested into 15 kg crates, with sorting and selection of the bunches
 
 
 Immediate pressing after destemming
 
 
 Fermentation maintained at 17 degrees in a temperature-controlled tank
 
 
 Aged on lees for 3 weeks with stirring in vat
