Crystal clear in color. Beautiful aromatic expression of nectarine, honeysuckle and green kiwi. Lovely roundness and length on the palate. Excellent balance between alcohol and acidity. A fine, dry, elegant, and refreshing wine. Ideal serving temperature : 12-14 degrees

 Harvest :

•  Hand-harvested into 15 kg crates, with sorting and selection of the bunches

•  Immediate pressing after destemming

•  Fermentation maintained at 17 degrees in a temperature-controlled tank

•  Aged on lees for 3 weeks with stirring in vat

 Terroir : clay-limestone hillsides located in Nouvelle-Aquitaine

 Climate : lies between two fundamental influences – oceanic and Mediterranean
